Enemies are everywhere. Competitors are numerous. Business is really difficult now, because many people are jealous. Yes, our businesses fail because of other people's mistakes."
This is another attitude that can be the cause of failure in business: blaming others when things don't go well.
This is an easy action and absolves you from responsibility for the problem.
However, it will not solve any problems, in fact it will create a negative and unproductive environment in business.
Between individuals or parties who are often blamed:
Employees – “My employees are incompetent and lazy, that’s why the business isn’t growing.”
Partner – “My partner is not committed and does not want to cooperate, so our project is stalled.”
Suppliers – “Our suppliers do not keep their promises, goods are often delivered late and cause delays in operations.”
Customers – “Our customers have too many demands and are too picky, that’s why sales are low.”
External conditions – "The economy is affected, the government does not provide incentives, there are too many competitors, those are the factors that led to the failure of this business."
In fact, by blaming others, we only divert attention from the real problem and find scapegoats to escape responsibility.
This won't solve any problems.
As entrepreneurs, we need to take full responsibility for the success and failure of our business.
If there is a problem with an employee, for example, we need to identify the real cause such as inadequate training, unequal pay/incentives or poor communication.
Then we need to take action such as improving training, or hong kong phone data improving the way we communicate with employees.
The same goes for if there are problems with partners, suppliers, customers or external circumstances.
We need to identify the real cause and find solutions, not blame them.
Maybe we need to improve communication and have discussions to reach an understanding.
Or look for other alternatives such as changing suppliers or diversifying your business network.
Blaming others is just an easy trick to escape responsibility.
It will not lead to any solution.
Instead, we need to take responsibility, identify the real cause of the problem and take action to overcome it.
Only with a responsible attitude will we be able to lead our business towards success.
