From Bureau Veritas Training , next Thursday, September 23 , through 5 thematic tables and 3 specialized workshops , we will try to share, analyze and understand in a practical way the different ways of action of the organizations, under the principles and values of SDG 16 (peace, justice and strong institutions) and SDG 17 (partnerships), for the effective approach to the goals set by the Sustainable Development Goals .
On September 25, we will celebrate the 6th anniversary of the signing of the 2030 Agenda by the heads of state and government of the member countries of the United Nations, in which the 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) were approved .
As part of this celebration, Bureau Veritas Formación has linkedin data scheduled a virtual event for next Thursday, September 23, "SDG - Reflectively riding the 2030 Agenda" , in which experts from different countries, institutions and sectors will participate, with the aim of training and raising awareness about SDGs among individuals and companies as essential actors for change.
In it, through 5 discussion panels , key topics will be addressed, such as the current challenges to get closer to Agenda 2030 , Agenda 2030 as a framework for uniting Ibero-America, or the way in which different companies and organizations can align themselves with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) .
There will also be 3 specialization workshops , which in a practical, theoretical and experiential way , will bring participants closer to the answer to questions such as the integration of the SDGs in the sustainability strategy and its profitability or the development of an integral leadership aligned with the 2030 Agenda , among others.
As a closing to the day, Carolina Lechado and Gemma Ventín will present the book: Reflexively Riding the 2030 Agenda .
