What does the first day of work at your company look like? And the first month? Does every new employee get a mentor, or do you immediately "throw them into the fire"? Do you check their performance after the first quarter or half a year? HR analytics
Nothing without numbers! ? Talent management does not mean that you will publish a job ad here and there or “stick” a nice picture on your social networks to attract employees. On the contrary, it is sometimes like a science! The time and cost of your average hire, the turnover rate of your employees, the reach of your average Facebook post, or the level of satisfaction of your employees – all these are KPIs that help you make the talent management process strategic and constantly adapt it to future market conditions.
