To view marked dialogs and messages, click on the label. Here you can also make mailings for everyone marked with this label (ellipsis icon - Send messages to clients).

When clicking on this link, the buyer will be redirected to a chat with the company. If you have activated the Message section, the text you prepared in advance will appear in the input field. If desired, the person can replace it or send it as is.
For example, the First School of Biohacking website has a WhatsApp Business widget attached with a short link. When clicked, it opens a conversation with the school.
Click on the three dots icon – Business Tools – Short Link.

Statistics
The WhatsApp Business app has some statistics – the number of messages sent, delivered, read and received. Click the three dots icon – Business Tools. Click the three dots again in the upper right corner – Statistics.
