The number of sales depends on how skillfully the manager approaches his work. He can use various tricks and gimmicks, press on pain points, improvise or communicate according to a developed script. One way or another, but the company must have a provision on the admissibility/inadmissibility of certain marketing moves when communicating with clients.
Some companies are openly against aggressive sales methods. They refuse to influence potential buyers psychologically, never raise their voice when communicating with a person and forbid managers to appeal to complexes, pains and fears of clients in order to close a deal. Other companies do not see anything illegal in these methods and advise employees to communicate with visitors in this way. The organization is obliged to define a single standard for each stage of negotiations between a manager and a client. Employees must have clear instructions and not deviate from them. It is necessary to periodically conduct anonymous and open checks to record whether all managers follow the established rules.

To avoid such a situation, it is recommended to regulate only what was not organized independently. Example: the team adheres to one work schedule and the manager is completely satisfied with the result - there is no need to rewrite everything due to the introduction of the regulations. You can include the current settings in the document if everyone is okay with it. After a while, you can make some amendments to the regulations, but gradually, tracking changes in the work and in the general mood of the specialists.
