Visual Identity

The script is just the beginning. If the presentation does not have a defined design, it will be difficult to achieve its purpose. The presentation template should be consistent with the company's image: follow the same canada mobile database and font. However, we should add new graphic elements (such as photos, icons, lines, shapes, etc.), according to the topic being addressed. And never forget that an image, as long as it is relevant and in context, is worth a thousand words. Once we have the script finalized and the layout defined, we can move on to creating the slides.

4. The Slides
Whether the slides are created in Prezi, PPT, Adobe or any other tool, we must make the most of the template because it is what will bring the script to life. Each slide must be thought out and created individually, and each one must highlight a main message. The objective? To make the audience think, feel and do what we want.

5. The Speaker
This is one of the keys to a presentation. The speaker must adapt to the context of the presentation and the needs of the audience. Here, it is their skills and empathy with the audience that often determine the success of a presentation. However, it is essential that the speech is fluid and that the interaction with the presentation is perfect. These two aspects can only be achieved through many hours of preparation.
