Start-up incubation. This program was launched last year to promote "service, local and useful" start-ups and "grow skills and know-how" in an innovative framework . Five start-ups were selected at the end of this program. The aim is not necessarily to integrate these start-ups into the group, but to make them grow and exchange a set of know-how and skills. A concrete example is the sponsorship of each of them by a godmother or godfather (volunteers) from the Centre-France group. It's a way for them to promote their skills within another structure which, in return, benefits from their skills.
