An insight is not a piece of data

1)
Data can take many forms, but on its own it doesn’t help us understand anything. In fact, one of the most common problems in marketing today is that we have a lot of data but we haven’t been able to turn it into useful insigh philippines telegram ts.

The key is therefore to collect and analyse data to extract value from it. Try to take a global view and not get too attached to a single figure. A good insight can take hours and hours of analysis and research, so don't stop at the superficial level.

2) An insight is not an observation
Observations are an essential step in creating insights, but they lack two key ingredients: the why and motivation behind consumer behavior.

If you have a series of keen observations about people's behavior and their consumption habits, you're partly on your way. But don't stop there! Keep investigating until you discover the motivations that turn that observation into relevant and actionable knowledge.
