5. Trends
Then finally here are my trends. I think this is a really commonly missed step. It's important to remember that a lot of terms have seasonality associated with them. So what I did with this query, I did a query for "buy a house" and I wanted to see if there were any trends in Google Trends for home buying type of research queries. I zoomed out five years to see if I could see if there were any trends emerging year by year.

That's exactly what happened. for "buy a house," it peaks in the spring around January, and then it starts to dip in the summer, and then it's at its lowest point during the holidays. That kind of tells you austria number data people are doing research at the beginning of the year. They probably moved into their home during the summer, and then they have all the time to go during the holidays and now they're enjoying the holidays. It's kind of a trend that follows the flow. That's really important information, if you're going to create a comprehensive page, to understand that there's a seasonal relationship associated with your term.

Since I now know that I have a seasonal nature with my period, I can include information such as what are the pros and cons of buying a home during the off-season versus peak season. Maybe what is the best time of year to buy. These are, again, other ideas for things you can include on your page to make it more comprehensive.
